Learning by play

当儿童以主动参与者的身份投入学习的时候，学习效果远好于被动接受者。通过有趣的游戏，孩子们再现生活中的种种经历，担当不同的角色，表达自己的想法，与他人建立关系，扩展词汇量和视野，大脑将感官信息进一步加工，认知、运动、社会和情绪能力得到全面发展。

在睿贝儿的生成式项目课程设计和发展上，老师们是孩子兴趣点的观察者，更是孩子们兴趣点的实践·解决问题的辅助者，更是引导和支持者。每一个活动源于老师对孩子兴趣和好奇的观察和捕捉，进行引导和支持，最终让孩子们在自主的项目游戏中培养独立思考模式并提升与人沟通的能力，最终获得全方位的知识和情感培养。从幼儿时期，培养孩子的内驱动力。

When children are engaged in learning as active participants, they learn much better than passive recipients. Through fun games, children reproduce life experiences, take on different roles, express their ideas, build relationships with others, expand their vocabulary and vision, further process sensory information in the brain, and develop comprehensive cognitive, motor, social and emotional abilities.

In the course design and development of Reibel’s generative project, teachers are the observers of children’s interest points, but also the assistants, guides and supporters of children’s practice and problem solving of interest points. Each activity comes from the teacher’s observation and capture of children’s interests and curiosity, guidance and support, and finally let children develop independent thinking mode and improve communication ability in independent project games, and finally obtain all-round knowledge and emotional cultivation. 我们提供多元素材和真实生活物品，让孩子通过多感官刺激感受世界。我们的班级之间共享共融不封闭的，孩子们在这学会了和别人共享空间，交换材料，学会了协商，控制自己的情绪，解决冲突矛盾的能力。

We provide multiple materials and real life objects to allow children to experience the world through multi-sensory stimulation. Our classes are not closed to sharing, where children learn to share space with others, exchange materials, learn to negotiate, control their emotions, and resolve conflicts.
